31. there WILL NOT BE any one sided teachings in colleges. both sides MUST BE presented in equal consideration. no exceptions! if a college decides to be one sided, then their views will be thrown out for lack of truth, all tax money collected during this term by said college will be returned immediately with a 75% fine attached. no exceptions!
