23. candidates may not for any reason, use television ads pro or con.
24. no more voting straight party preferences! vote your constituents wishes or be tossed out on your ass. this is very easily traceable.
25. a bill will contain only items pertaining to said bill, NO FUCKING PORK AT ALL! NONE!
26. NO MORE "IF YOU SCRATCH MY BACK....."!
27. if you are guilty of any of these charges, you will be banned from civil service for life.
