21. lobbyists will be eliminated and any further action to control anything other than their own personal gain will be punishable by 10 years in federal prison (not the country club either).
22. campaign money will be deposited into a joint account for both parties to split evenly down the middle. any such donations will not go to any one candidate in particular. donations may not be given by any public traded company period! donations will only be accepted by legal citizens of the US (no fucking hamas or hezbollah funding whatsoever!) any violation by any person will be punishable by the elimination of that candidates campaign and a new person will have to start over not receiving any pre-authorized money.
