the parents will let their kids cry and scream or if the kids don't stop crying the parents will smack their kids which makes the kids cry louder and more. why don't they (because the parents are stupid) take their crying kids outside and deal with the problem. the man should have smacked the parent not the child if your going to hit anyone.
