To be totally honest, I don't hate Obama, I just see his as a total failure as a president and will continue to make my opinion known when I feel like it.

I think if anyone were to look back on here they'd find plenty of bashing regarding the previous administration, so what really is the point wolfie? Is it just that you don't like bein reminded of your heros failings? If that's the case I'd suggest you simply avoid any polotically motivated pics in the future as there's at least more than 3yrs left of his reign left and assuredly lots of new material for folks like myself to disagree with.

PJ, what the libs have managed to do is vilify people for wanting to speak out against the proposed HC issue. In point of fact I personally don't agree with attempting to discuss any issue when one side is overwhelming the other verbally but quite honestly all that's goin on is that people in opposition to the HC BS have taken several pages from the liberal play book and adapted them to this cause. This amounts to the pot callin the kettle black when the libs are now upset at someone borrowing their own tactics. A serious case of redirection is what it seems like to me as the libs now want to focus on the fact that the opposition is being vocal instead of the other way around, but still doesn't want to really address the issues.

There are definite issues that need to be addressed in regard to health care and that CAN be addressed without the fed trying to take it over and mandate doctors pay, scheduling, what services will and will not be allowed. With our governments mishandling of everything they touch I can not envision how they could do anything but generate another massively overcomplicated and rediculously complex system of BS that won't really work anyway, and certainly not better than what's out there now, just more bloated and even more costly. And .... if you think the 1.2 trillion $$ figure that's being bandied about (almost as if this is some trivial figure!) is anywhere near what the cost will actually wind up bein for this grandiose pile of paperwork and administration required just to get this done and working then you're far more gullible than I had thought.

Here's a prediction I have that's just for fun but let's all watch and see how it plays out, Ok? I predict that when the HC bill gets close to a vote in congress there will be some incident/happening on a national or international scale that will be manipulated into something much larger than reality will dictate to attempt to sideline the debate in hopes of pushing the legislation through.

I have a nice crisp $50 bill that says I'm right. Any of you libs wanna take that bet grinning smiley
