Just remember, Kids:
1) Don't get cheap-ass aluminum foil. Not dense enough to keep out the mind-control satellite beams from the gub-mint. Order lab grade TIN foil off the Innerweb thingie, or you might as well not even bother, and
2) Shiny side out. Even with TIN foil, a few of the beams will still get through, and if you have the shiny side toward your head, it just reflects them back into your brain. You don't want that.
3) Lead foil works even better, but it's harder to get. I think some of you already have too much lead in your systems already, though, if you get my meaning.
