how 'bout, the govt. create their own medical system/insurance and care? yeah, we could breed doctors and nurses, hell let's clone the fuckers, all the greatest minds must line up for DNA scrapings. then we control their housing, what they eat, drive etc. pay 'em a dollar a day, throw out all insurance lawsuits. never forgetting to punish the rich for not giving them free shit making them pay for others. zzzzzzzzzz
