Apparently, referring to people as "tards" is now totally gay, and referring to things you disapprove of as 'gay' is, itself, totally gay. I'm getting too old to keep up with all of this, so I will just have to refer to the knob in the picture as "gay-tarded" and be done with it. If there is anyone who is not offended, I assure you it was an oversight, and not malicious.
