That highly depends on the ambient temperature of the room, I would say it would not have to be too high wearing a turtleneck sweater, therefore my answer would at least be that it was probable.
Considering we do not have a picture of a thermometer in the room to make an accurate assessment, I suggest a control group...
Post some pictures without the clothes on and we will do our best to formulate some reasonable hypothesis.
