Pawning ones body for overtly sexual purpose is no different than any other form of prostitution, only the degree of intercourse varies.
That being said, I do believe in free commerce in most any form, and her body is hers to do with as she pleases, self promotion not excluded.
Furthermore I happen to find her attractive, however this particular image I find unflattering.
