In 1989 the Exon Veldiaze spilled 12.million gallons of crude all over the beautifull Prince William sound, Alaska. And here 20 years later you can still walk all 12,000 square miles of the beach and still Scoop up crude inches below the surface.
A sunk boat seems laughable don't it.
