The real problem with MADMEX is that he inherited a low IQ. Reports show that Hispanics as a group, score 5 to 10 points lower than the average white group. The average IQ for whites is 105-110, Blacks 100-105, Hispanics, 90-100, Asians top the list @ 110-105. The low end IQ levels for Hispanics is around 70 (Retarded), I believe Madmex falls in the range.
