I have to go with 3D rendered, and very well done at that. Several reasons, the people just don't look right, especially the hand of the girl on the right and the girl at the bottom. They appear to be 3D models. Also the glass structure itself... there is no support, just tempered glass bolted to a wall within 2 inches of its edge. No cantilevering, no support beam, no guy wires under the floor. This would never pass certification to be built as they don't make a tempered glass that strong... yet.
All said though, kudos to the 3D artist... well done.
