The problem with Somalia isn't pirates, it is a collapsed economy being used by various factions for profit and gain, if you want piracy in the region to stop the best thing to do is to send peace-keeping force, establish a democratically elected govt. and invest in infrastructure. Giive Somalia back their fishing industry and stop treating them like criminals when they defend their sovereign territory.
Also: fossil, you sound like you are really unhappy, maybe you should talk to someone.
