If this was a deliberate act then it's not much different from 911. Can we declare war on all the mentally ill criminals?
However natural disaster or not it should be put in perspective,
80,000 died in Pakistan's last big earthquake and another 80,000 died in China just before the Olympics.
But they only make one or two newsreels then are forgotten.
The media have already made me feel indifferent towards the survivors, as they descend like vultures on the rural towns.
