Yep, many years back when I was workin in mints state I found their beer regulations quite odd. At that time when you went to the "package stores" to get your "strong beer" they didn even offer any of the common beers, and yep you had to buy it at room temperature, and .... every single bottle or can had a sticker on it saying Strong Beer. But, you could get that damned piss water 3.2 stuff anytime you wanted and just damned near everywhere .... cold as ice
