Thanks for the info, GAK, which was interesting. And of cource you are right, all parts of the body except arms and hands are used in football=soccer.

However my point was, as the picture indicates, that soccer has more to do with football than the American egg handling game.

Actually I don't care much what it is called, but each time somebody calls soccer football there are Americans protesting against that, which I don't think is fair.
