Everyone seems to want to blame Bush for the problems with our economy but few seem to realize the president doesn't have nearly the control over things that congress has. The real cause of most of the mess we are in started when the democrats took control of congress. Now that we don't have a republican president to veto them things are really going to get screwed up.

If people think Obama will keep his promises and not screw them over and tax them heavily they are deluded. Promises made to get in office are almost always broken. The only people that aren't going to be suffering soon are the lazy freeloaders on welfare.
