Because yours is an idealist, a utopian socialism. you fail (again) to see the underlying contradiction; the mental manual dialectic (the difference between those who work with their minds and those that work with their hands). Those who work with their minds would still get paid more than those whose labor is manual, under socialism, only what they produce would belong to the whole society instead of being appropriated. All the while everyone who works mostly with their hands must be taking up more and more mental labor, become more aware of the true nature of what they're producing with their hands toward the final aim of revolution where those differences nolonger exist.
