While I agree with most of this speech attributed to Michael Richards, he did not go to court nor did he say this. Can't believe the crap that people send you in forwarded emails, jgoins, just because you trust the person who sent it to you. This is nothing more than electronic gossip that uses the name of a famous person to make it sound more credible. Some people I like and trust very much have put me in the uncomfortable position of having to defend Barak Obama against some made up tripe recently; just ask fossil-digger how I feel about that shit (and, no, he wasn't the one who sent it to me; I don't trust him at all - just kidding, digger). Using lies to try and perpetuate a cause only helps those who are opposed to whatever cause it is. I use snopes and truthorfiction to check things out and I just learned of factcheck.org which is apparently legitimate.
