I know most folks viewed Ron Paul as a nut case, but one point he was adamant about was getting rid of the Federal Reserve, which I wholeheartedly agree with. Not that it would have mattered much in this case, but it is definitely a stranglehold on our country and as most of you already know is NOT even a government entity, although it manipulates our $$, it's value and the inflation/deflation rates almost single handedly
