And good point, Mrkim...attention DOES need to be drawn to this absurd cruelty so something can be done about it and have the sons of bitches responsible swiftly and severely punished.
My guess it's in Puerto Rico where the assholes don't care about animal welfare like we do. Remember the news story? The same heartless pieces of shit who threw living dogs off a bridge into a ravine?
