As someone who grew up white trash, I want to point out that run down and derelict is not a sufficient condition to label something "whitetrash". It is required that some effort be made to beautify the property in question. It could be christmas lights, automotive parts, or just about anything -- often scavenged and usually of questionable taste.
To me this just looks like some old rundown crew barge somewhere.
