A friend of mine use to work for a Sewer Department.... they would get called in and hang out in the locker room (overtime), play cards and shoot darts etc..... and the supervisor is the one that set it all up! Not to mention even when something needed to be done it would take 10 guys to go hang out, then they would work in "shifts".... you go take care of it for a little bit then he'll go take care of it etc.etc.etc.etc.etc., it's a giant scam, cities, states etc. waste way more money than they cry about dealing with things that we actually need the money for.... don't get me started on gov. offices.... just a bunch of actors!
