With a total cost of the work in progress at somewhere between $200-500 per hour for these cats/trucks/equipment while 1 guy is actually workin it all does seem more than a bit inefficient, huh ?
If an industry/manufacturer/etc. operated their business like this they'd soon be out of business. Luckily for municipalities and state workers the rules of costs vs. profits don't apply. If it all costs too much the governing entities just raise the taxes higher to compensate for the short fall .... whatta racket
