Nostalgia's great and all quasi but all metal interiors, non-collapsible steering columns and unpadded steering wheels all led to lots of serious injuries and deaths in the event of a serious accident and as you and I both know, the shown seat-belts are a retrofitted item these trucks never even dreamed of coming installed with.
While such a truck also didn have A/C, this one dudn even look like it has heat either, and even if it did, with no real insulation installed in these things interiors and all that metal they damned sure wouldn't be very effective at keepin ya warm
