I was driving without a seatbelt one time too...saw a cop behind me and sure as shit he hit the lights and pulled me over...as I was easing onto the shoulder, I casually slipped the seat belt on...after we went through all the "ya know why I pulled ya over" crap, he said, I see you are aware of the seatbelt law in this state...I said well not really officer, I just wear my seat belt all the time, whether it's the law or not I always buckle up! then he said, so tell me, do you always loop it through the steering wheel like that?
