This is a file photo of the booking photo released Monday, Dec. 20, 2004, by the Wyandotte County Sheriff's Department of Lisa Montgomery. Montgomery was sentenced to death Friday, April 4, 2008, for the 2004 killing of Bobbie Jo Stinnett, a Missouri mother-to-be, and cutting the baby from her womb.
