Agreed, we will ALL suffer/feel the effects of dementure at some stage in our lives.
The currents meds can slow this down, so unless you live to 110, you will not lose your mind.
As soon as you retire you should get a checkup every six months even when it seems like a hassle 'cause you feel fit & healthy.
