Look at war in general, governments don't agree on something so they go sell their citizens on "the right thing" (propaganda), the citizens eat it up and then go fight that war, literally, physically, while the officials that started it sit around in complete comfort for the rest of their life, what should be done is when they don't agree on something they have to get in the ring with the other country officials and go "hand to hand", then, they would work a lot harder at, working it out.

I'm not necessarily anti-war at all, if someone comes and fucks with us, bam, their dead, thats one thing our higher ups can't stand, you get to big and it's that much harder to start shit. We use to make the USSR our mortal enemies, as soon as "the wall fell" we started looking for the next one, now our enemies are everywhere and nowhere, forever, get it, the wall thats being built now can never fall, because it floats around and is not made in any way shape and/or form in a physical way, the new enemy is in your brains more than anywhere else.
