I saw Stray Cats at Reunion in 1983 (I think). I paid about $6 or $7 each for the ticket. That was back when an hour or two of work (as a teenager) could buy a concert ticket, and you could fill up the gas tank on the car and take a date to the concert (and get something to eat) for the wages earned on one shift as a lifeguard.
25 years later, i am making 10 x the salary and it still takes an hour or two of work to buy a concert ticket (Now in the AA center).
