If it's not politically incorrect to call her a hottie then do you suppose it's OK to call her a landlady? Or is she a shemale in which case either title could be correct and you may have a problem worse than poliotical incorrectness, as in,"That damn landlady is always trying to stick it to me."
I have a real asshole for a landlord, myself; I own my own home. (No shaDEz, you and your buddies can't have it.)
