If you stay in a hotel in Orange County (near Disneyland) you won't see one hotel worker that isn't Mexican apart from the front desk. It's a real eye-opener for tourists. The cleaners are Hispanic and the drivers are black and it is obvious they get paid very little. It's good for the tourist economy (i guess) and not that different to other countries in the world.
