Most people already know this, but going with the flow is easier, even if the flow is going downhill. Limit the blacks back to their own neighborhoods at night, like it use to be, and crime rates would fall. It was pretty easy to get them to just go around killing each other, give them drugs and have them compete against each other in their own ways, primitive ways that is.
