my mom makes me 3 cakes, 1 for the boys at work (usually store bought) 1 is chocolate almost fudge cake with pecans, the other is a spice cake from scratch with buttercream frosting. they're all 3 sooooo good.
the chocolate cake is a "sheath cake" put it in the fridge and it turns to almost fudge. mmmmmmm time to work out.
