shaDEz buddy, I eat peppers EVERY day dude ! It's always a big deal at Christmas for my sister, nieces and others to try to find me somethin especially hot.
I have a collection of hot sauces, jalapeno jelly, habanero honey and one year received some habanero pecan brittle that was awesome ! When you eat this stuff every day it dudn bother you the same and .... the best advice I can relate is stay away from pickled peppers, they do the most damage on the way out
Can't tell if that's avacado or just lettuce Sam, but avacado on a burger is killer
