This form of government can work but it has little chance when so many are apethetic and refuse to get involved beyond talking with their friends. We must vote regardless of how we feel about the choices in the main election but we can choose not to vote in the primaries as a method of showing our displeasure with the choices. But not voting in the primaries will do no good if even a handfull of people vote because they will be choosing who is to run in the national. This is the only way to make a change short of an armed revolt in which many people would be killed.
