Unfortunately the America govt is intent on villifying a drug that their own best researchers findings proclaimed making users "Happy, hungry and eventually sleepy" and whose findings about the worst symptoms to the users from its useage was in being arrested and drug through the draconian legal processes surrounding possession of it under American laws.

Seems like a well orchestrated move by the DEA and Atty. Gen. to quash a person whose life goal has been to illuminate the issues and defy the status quo in efforts to change the existing laws regarding marijuana and to do so by removing the fund raising potential for this movement his retail operations afforded him. Those in such a position are always BIG targets for such witch hunts and I'm sure he will likely be martyed by the US govt in their "Drug War" if Canada chooses to allow extradition.

With all the big fish there are out there to be fried internationally it sure seems senseless for the US govt. to pursue this matter
