Yeah, yeah I've heard the BS about the problem of deportation being too monumental an undertaking to be feasible considering the #s & BS is all it is. I've also read the lines about family unification or tearing apart of families here with some members legal while others aren't.

Simply put, the illegal population is exactly that ILLEGAL ! They have no more rights here than whatever our government gives them, and to me, that should be nothing but a ride back home and NOT on our dime either. Why can't the government do to these lawbreakers just like they did to susupected terrorists and seize their bank accounts and use THEIR $$ to send them home ?

The argument about massive deportation efforts required holds no water in the bucket I have to carry. There's really no need for a coast to coast Illegal hunt being undertaken. All that's necessary is that they be arrested when they go to register a car, are stopped for traffic violations, apply for any government subsidies or health care or ..... when apprehended crossing our borders illegally!

These deportation costs could also be defrayed further by utilizing the fines already in place for employers of the illegals . BTW, though it is not being currently enforced, the fine is $10,000 per man to an employer of undocumented workers. A quick once around in all the major cities in the US by the Immigration Police could easily net them MILLIONS if not BILLIONS of $$ in just these fines which would pay for puttin a lot of Pedros, Joses and all their family members on a bus at NO COST to good ol John Q Public !

Here's the truth : Since when did the government needing $$ to implement a program they WANTED to shove down our throats ever seem like a problem ? But here it is that the bulk of American citizens want this situation brought under control and the illegal immigration population handled and NOW they can't seem to find the $$ ?

And .... they can't find the money to deport them but we're willing to pardon the back tax debts they ALREADY owe the American people, then pay AMERICAN tax and immigration lawyers to represent them with 0$ coming from anywhere BUT, you guessed it the American treasury, paid in by, guess who again .... the American Tax Payers who don't want any of this shit by and large already !!!!!!!!!!

Then there's the hundreds of thousands of jailed illegals we're supporting in jails and prisons that could be sent back across the border for a fraction of what we're payin to keep 'em in jails/prisons annually !

Another savings : by deporting them and declaring ENGLISH once and for all as our national language we can cut costs further by stopping a bit more of the madness in requiring bilingual teachers, government signage and documents !

If all illegals were deported we could also find a nice savings in the area of social services since we'd no longer be required to treat this burgeoning populations illnesses and injuries for free (well it's not really free, not to the legal taxpayers who actually have to support it !), or subsidizing their propensity to populate their families with more mouths than they can afford to feed by supplying them with food stamps and AFDC payments.

If anyone has a right to get riled up about this situation it is the American middle class average taxpayer who's gonna really get the shaft if this new legislation passes because THEY will be the ones paying the costs of all the gimmies the govt is planning on handing out (AND pay all the overhead for the implementation of all this bullshit that they don't even agree with anyway!) to each and every single illegal who just sticks their hand out for it !!!!

I implore all folks of rational thought to contact your legislators NOW before this, like so many other inane policies, is shoved down our collective throats. Let them know how you feel about Congress wiping their feet on the good ol taxpayers and all for what ...... a few million more democratic votes ????
