Thta's old news quasi, but bad news just the same. Any US citizen who cares about the future of our country had best contact their congressperson and make their views known about the amnesty legislation currently before them.

Seems our politicians are hellbent at giving amnesty to all the illegals and as much of the good ol taxpayers $$ as they can too by :

1. Not even expecting illegals to pay back taxes (even MORE rediculous is the AMERICAN taxpayers will be paying for US tax attourneys to represent the illegals, free of charge to the illegals of course!) for the years they have been here illegally already. (I think I'll try applying for THIS benefit myself!)

1.a. While they won't even be expected to repay any taxes they have previously defauded the US government and its citizens from in the past, they will be immediately elligible for the Earned Income credit as well as the Head of Household credit on all future tax returns and justify them receiving a refund even if they report NO income!!!!!!

2. Granting legal status to any future illegal alien applicants within 24 hours of their application (BEFORE any background check can even be done on them !).

3. Allowing all applicants to continue to remain in the US without EVER having to become citizens at all by indefinitely extending rights to simply renew their Z visas instead.

4. Illegal immigrant gang members, even those with criminal records will be granted amnesty and allowed legal citizenship by simply stating that they no longer intend to stay in a gang.

5. The US government will be paying the Mexican govt to help generate jobs and provide improvements in their educational system along with heath care provisions IN Mexico to try and convince future immigants to stay there instead. With the long history of corruption in the Mexican govt you can damned well bet that $$ will NEVER see any such programs implementation !

6. Cut the already congressionally approved 700 miles of border fencing down to a meager 200 miles.

7. Allow for "in state" tuition fees for any illegals attending college for whatever state they choose to attend college in, something denied even ANY legal citizen of the US choosing to attend a college outside their own state of residence !

8. All illegals will be moved up in the citizenship registration process and replace any person who is already embroiled in the process, no matter how long these folks have already been awaiting during their application for LEGAL citizenship, the illegals will be moved to the head of the line in the process !!!!!

9. Offer amnesty for anyone who is here illegaly even IF they had been previously been deported and have returned and are AGAIN here illegaly!

10.Require all current immigration case before the Immigration Courts to be placed on hold while any future illegals applications and legal matters be resolved 1st.

11. Not requiring the illegals even learn English until the 9th year of their granted amnesty. (<-Enforceable, not likley!)

These are really only a very short list of the totally outrageous parts of the proposed legislation, but certainly are worth mentioning.

It seems even after the memebers of the Senate and the President himself were flooded with pleas from members of the American publics misgivings about the legislation en masse (and its failure at cloture in their 1st attempt at passage of the bill in the Senate) they are just snubbing their noses at John Q Public and proceeding on their merry way, essentially telling all Americans to just Fuck Off! Grrrrrr!!!

This shit makes my blood boil !
