First off, Clinton "ied about sex" while under oath - an important point in that obviously being impeached for just lying about sex in public would be crazy.

Second, the fact that Bush was mistaken about WMD in Iraq doesn't mean he LIED about them - I think it's far more likely that he was just WRONG.

As for the economy, I don't know what to say here. That the president has little control over a free, dynamic economy like the US's (less than the FED I'd say) or that in fact the economy over his tenure has actually performed pretty great by all measures (unemployment, GDP growth, inflation, etc.).

As for the budget - yeah, he has sucked on that acount.
