Ya, it would be kind of funny, if he was talking a bunch of bullshit. But there is a SUBSTANTIAL amount of data supporting it.
oh, and it's NOT Bush's fault...also I can't fucking belive he really scored 1150 (on the old scale) on his S.A.T. test.
