We would just arrest all of them when they lay down for their afternoon siesta -- or we could put big sombreros on the ground, and the stupid fuckers would throw down their guns and start dancing.
Or we could just run them all over with some Bradley Fighting Vehicles. The tracks on those need to be greased frequently anyway.
