Thanks for the info.
Someone needs to bring these back (a la VW Beetle & Mini-Cooper) in a form that meets crash test standards,if that's even possible. It was a "green" car before there was "green" anything, and probably a hoot to drive. I think I'd have to drive alone, though, as there wouldn't be room for anyone else in there with me.
