Beast would get it even if he had a bomb in his backyard. Iran does control Hezbellah(sp?) which is a very large terrorist organization with members world wide. To allow Iran to have any nuclear capability would be the same as just giving Hezbellah nuclear material for their bombs. A dirty bomb can cause almost as much death and devistation as a complete nuclear bomb.
