That's the "Seal's Lair" building on Coronado. This building is utilized as a training facility and barracks for the US Navy Seals. I've run across this one before, and there's a lot of chatter about the building's unfortunate design on the web. The Base Commander and administration have said that the building's swastika design was an oversight, and the shape of the buildings wasn't noticed until groundbreaking for construction had already begun and the first aerial photos were taken of the compound and surrounding area. LMFAO!
