You admit they have the intelligence to do it, then you must admit they have the intelligence to do it in such a way as it is kept secret. The regulatory agencies are shown only what the Iranian president wants them to see. By the time any of the world finds out for sure what is going on they will have nuclear weapons and it will be too late.
