What's to say the plane didn't taxi into the car? Maybe they started the plane while the techs car was still parked beside it? Maybe it was an engine test? I HIGHLY doubt anyone would drive into the belly doors of an airplane on purpose which you will notice have also impacted the car. I'm going with plane hit car, not visa versa.
