It looks like the Boeing X-45 unmanned combat air vehicle, which was a technology demonstrator for the future of unmanned weapons. These things can work in teams and can autonomously detect and plan a coordinated attack on a threat after asking for permission from a human operator. It is rumoured that Boeing was developing some kind of active optical camouflage which would render them practically invisible in both night and daytime operations.
