Might be the creation of a redneck but when you think about it, it does show quite a bit of ingenuity and creativeness. Good problem solving, too - How to create transportation on a very slim budget, using materials at hand, and skills already known adapted to a new problem. When you think about it, the folks in Iraq creating those Improvised Explosive Devices are using exactly this kind of ability and they've managed to throw the American political scene into fits.
